Along its existence, The Firm has handled with success different clients in very diverse operations, among the ones that excel are the following:
- Representing the National Association of Plastic Industry (Asociación Nacional de Industrias del Plástico, A.C. (ANIPAC)), took the operations of The National Center for the Quality of Plastic (Centro Nacional para la Calidad del Plástico)and negotiated the terms and conditions for the transfer of operations of the last above mentioned, in favor of The Association of Normalization and Certification (Asociación de Normalización y Certificación, A.C. (ANCE)).
- Coordinated and documented the incorporation and beginning of operations of Air-Go Technologies, Corp. in Delaware and California, U.S.A., and intervened in their representation in the placement of their first and second preferred private stock offerings in favor of TQS Investments, LLC. and Visionaria Venture Capital, LLC., operations carried out in New York, NY, U.S.A.
- Represented the selling part in the totality of the stock transfer of Yom Yom Ice Cream Factory (Yom Yom, S.A. de C.V) in favor of Grupo Mac’ma, S.A. de C.V.
- Projected, negotiated and documented in representation of Richardson Electronics, Ltd. the necessary co-investment with the Cooperativa de Telecomunicaciones de Cochabamba, Ltda. to incorporate and begin operations for the national interactive cable television enterprise Interactv, S.A. in the Republic of Bolivia.
- Developed the first franchise contract for the restaurant chain Potzollcalli as representative for the franchise party, to whom, it also legally advised for the beginning of operations as an independent company.
