The planning and good management of the organizations, reflect in a great measure its duly integration and consequent solidity, therefore the concern that their structures be duly analyzed, projected, organized, and up dated. These necessities can be appreciated in operations such as, transfer of stock or capital parts, or requesting financing, in which this area is the first that possible buyers and financial agents review as an essential requirement to determine the viability of a business project.

The corporate area of the Firm is the one in charge of handling the related issues of integration, incorporation and internal growth of the corporations, as is to the treatment of these in relationship with its stockholders, partners and associates, their administrators and its trustees, as well as the relationship between each other.

Within the activities that are performed in this area, we find: the development and amendment of by-laws; national and foreign incorporation of companies in Mexico and other countries; stock issue and other value titles; legal due diligence reviews and corporate updates; mergers and IPO’s, obligations or capital parts; splits and integration of corporate groups; subscription and updating the records in the Foreign Investment Registry; design of Stock Options Plans; design, execution and operation of special series stock ; integration of trust funds on stock or capital parts; organization and managing of stockholders meetings and meetings of the Board of Directors; the acknowledgement, application and execution of corporate or patrimonial rights derived from stock or capital parts; transformation of corporations and the placement of their stock or other similar instruments in the Stock Exchange.

In addition to this, when clients ask for it, this area assumes the functions of Secretary to the Board of Directors or corporations and it is depository and responsible for the holding and updating of the legal files, including the deeds and the corporate books.
